2 Years: From a Tiny Idea to a National STEM Movement
When we opened two years ago, FutureBots Academy was just two founders, a few robotics kits and tools from our founders home and a belief that hands-on STEM could change lives in Lebanon. Today, we’re celebrating how far this community has come—and announcing two new spaces for young inventors.
What we’ve built—together
- 20+ partner schools bringing robotics and coding into classrooms
- 2,000+ students learning by building and solving real problems
- Operations across 7+ regions in Lebanon
- Collaborations with multiple NGOs and delivery in 10+ community centers
- 300+ teachers upskilled through our Training-of-Trainers (ToT) program
- Team growth from 2 founders to 15+ educators and engineers
- $40,000+ in grants fueling access, inclusion, and innovation
During the recent conflict in South Lebanon, our team continued operating responsibly to support learners when stability and hope mattered most. STEM became more than a subject—it was a steady routine and a space to create.
New in 2025: Jdeideh flagship + Rmeich hub
To mark our second anniversary, we’re opening a fully equipped 150 sqm STEM center in Jdeideh—a dedicated space with build-ready benches, electronics, robotics kits, prototyping tools, and a laboratory for young inventors.
We’re also expanding in the South with a new location in Rmeich, strengthening long-term access to quality STEM education for schools and families across the region.
Beyond the classroom: our EdTech stores
Access to the right tools matters. We operate both an online and a physical store to make reliable EdTech easy to find—robotics kits, microcontrollers, sensors, and classroom solutions vetted by our team.

Results we’re proud of
On our first-ever participation in two local robotics competitions, our teams won and became eligible to represent Lebanon internationally. For many students, it was their first competition; for us, it proved that consistent practice and real builds beat hype every time.
Why this works
Our approach is simple: learn by doing. Students design, prototype, test, fail safely, and try again—with mentors beside them. Teachers get practical ToT training, schools get co-designed programs, and communities get lasting STEM capacity.
What’s next
We’ll keep expanding partnerships with schools and NGOs, strengthening teacher training, and opening doors for more learners—especially in areas that need it most. The new centers in Jdeideh and Rmeich are just the start.
Thank you
To every student who stayed late to debug a robot, every teacher who made space for STEM, every NGO and school that opened its doors, every parent who cheered, and every partner who believed—thank you. This movement is yours.
